Ezee Computer Training – Cancellation Policy:
Individual: All cancellations must be received in writing (via email) at least 5 business days prior to the course and are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. There is no penalty for substituting course participants. Any cancellations made within 5 business days prior to the course, will not be eligible for any refund. In this case, 30% of the charge will be credited (not refunded) towards a future course that may be taken by the end of the next ECT (2-month) training calendar.
Companies: All cancellations must be received in writing (via email) at least 5 business days prior to the course. There is no penalty for substituting course participants. ECT will charge the cost of the training for any cancellation made within 5 business days prior to the course. In this case, 30% of the charge will be credited towards a future course that may be taken by the end of the next ECT (2-month) training calendar.
Ezee Computer Training reserves the right to cancel a class due to an emergency. This is the only situation in which a refund will be issued.
